Tad believes that making saddles should focus on the horses and how it will make riding better for them. Without them, there would be no riding, so their comfort should be top priority. When asked what sets his business apart from other saddle makers he said, "[Businesses] make saddles to make money. We make saddles because we believe that is a piece of equipment with tremendous undiscovered potential and we want to find out that potential. As we are discovering that, we recognize how much more beneficial it is to horses and riders in comfort and performance."
